Almond, Ricotta and Lemon Cake gluten free


Rich in ground almonds and ricotta, moist and dense and gluten free too! You don't need to add too much sugar as the almonds are quite sweet already

5 tbsp Almond flakes
2 1/2 cup Almonds - 300 g, ground

1/2 cup Butter - 130 g
1 cup Ricotta cheese - 250 g
