BBQ Lentil Meatballs (GLUTEN FREE, SOY FREE)


BBQ Lentil Meatballs is made with simple plant-based ingredients of lentils, rice, mushrooms, and BBQ sauce. It's a vegan protein packed dish! These lentil meatballs can serve great as a post-workout entree or as an appetizer for your party or game day events!

Ingredients

1 tsp Basil, dried
1/8 cup Cilantro
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
2 cups Mushrooms
1/2 cup Onion
Condiments
2 tbsp Bbq sauce
1/2 tsp Liquid smoke
2 tbsp Vegan worcestershire sauce
Pasta & grains
1/2 cup Basmati rice, brown
2/3 cup Oats, old fashioned gluten free
Baking & spices
1/2 tsp Pink himalayan sea salt
Oils & vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & seeds
1 tbsp Flaxseed, ground

2 tbsp Water

15 oz Bpa free can of lentils ((if using dried use green lentils yield 2 cups when cooked))
