1 lb Corned beef* (leftovers work great!), cooked

1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 Green onions for garnish if desired
1/2 Head cabbage, cut into 1" pieces
1/2 Onion, large
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1 1/2 lb Yukon gold or russet potatoes, red
Condiments
1/4 cup Mayo
1 tsp Mustard, spicy brown
Baking & spices
3/4 tsp Black pepper, coarse ground
1/3 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt, regular
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
Dairy
4 tbsp Butter
3/4 cup Heavy cream
1 16 oz. block Swiss cheese, grated
2 1/4 cups Whole milk
